The parties bound by these terms are Pago de Espejo, SL, and the user of the Moxie website.
By accessing or purchasing from moxieaove.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products may only be purchased by individuals with sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Orders
Products are invoiced at the prices active at the time the order is confirmed.
Orders may not be modified or cancelled without written confirmation from Pago de Espejo, SL.
The language in which contracts are concluded through this website is Spanish.
Shipping
We ship throughout Spain except Ceuta and Melilla.
Standard delivery time is usually 3 working days.
Weekend orders are dispatched the following Monday.

If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

All prices include applicable taxes.

Returns, Refunds & Guarantee
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Returns procedure
Products must be returned in their original packaging including accessories and promotional items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Product quality
Moxie products come from natural sources and are free from contamination and harmful substances.
Liability
- Product images are reproduced as faithfully as possible but minor visual differences may occur.
- Pago de Espejo, SL is not responsible for courier delays, losses, or thefts.
- We are not responsible for technical failures outside our control.
- Customers are responsible for returning the correct product.

All website content including text, graphics, logos, and code is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Typographical Errors
Information containing typographical errors shall not be legally binding.
