Moxie Olive is an early harvest extra virgin olive oil produced in Andújar, Jaén, at the heart of the world's most important olive-growing province. Our EVOO is cold pressed within hours of harvest, guaranteeing maximum levels of polyphenols, aromas and organoleptic properties.
Unlike conventional oils, Moxie does not blend varieties or origins. Every bottle contains exclusively Picual variety olive oil, internationally recognised for its heat stability, high antioxidant content and characteristic flavour — fresh-cut grass notes with a peppery finish that signals polyphenol richness.
